We worked out a personalized program cater to his busy lifestyle training 2x weekly. Taking into consideration of the various commitments to his life, we adopt a relaxed dieting plan (still able to enjoy the food he loves) to ease the process of getting in shape.

TIME is always holding me back & being tired after a long day at work

RESULT!! When there is result you will come back to training for more (better body figure)
3) Can you describe your top goals when you started?
My top goal is to be fit so I can join Spartan challenge
4) What do you enjoyed doing the most while training with me?
Not pushy but encouraging, and very accommodating to my lifestyle. He will always support and make sure i could finish the training with the right technique.
5) In point form, can you list your achievements while training with me thus far?
My stamina has increase, muscle are starting to show & body shape is getting better (more attractive).
